Order
We're sorry to hear that. Although we do our best to prevent damage, it can still happen.
Please contact us using our contact form at the bottom of this page. In order to process your complaint as best as possible, we need the following information from you:
- Order number (#....)
- What was damaged or missing?
- Would you like a re-delivery or a refund for damaged or missing products?
If you made a mistake when ordering, no problem!
Changes to the contact information are possible. Please contact us quickly by phone or contact request with your request.
Unfortunately, changes to the contents of your order are not possible. Otherwise, we would not be able to guarantee the quick processing of our logistics.
In this case, we would recommend that you cancel the order (this is possible free of charge as long as the order has not yet been processed and shipped) and place a new order.
Discount codes can be entered in the checkout process on the right under the order overview.
If the field is not visible, unfortunately there are no currently valid discount codes.

Discount codes are there to be redeemed. If your code doesn't work, there may be the following reasons:
- The minimum order value applicable to the code has not been reached.
- The code is misspelled or contains a space.
- The discount code has expired or is not yet active.
- The code could only be used once or can only be used once for new customers.
- Codes may require that certain products be in the shopping cart for the discount code to work.
If you continue to have problems, please contact our customer service.
Shipping & Delivery
We can hardly wait until your delivery reaches you. Unfortunately, it can happen that something goes wrong in the mail. It's best to check your shipment here .
If it takes longer, please contact us with your request using our contact form.

Since we want to offer you the lowest prices possible, we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping.

Shipping to Germany: 8,90€
Good news: We cover shipping costs for orders over 59€!
Prices & Products
Ahh, we're sorry! Because we purchase remaining stock, we unfortunately cannot guarantee how long we will have the individual products in our range. If an item is gone, it's gone.
Our tip: Buy more of your must-haves right away. These are usually non-perishable goods!
